Refurbished laptop bought for working from home, perfect in everyday use. A minor charger issue out of the box, but the seller sent a replacement within three days no questions asked. Order tracking could be a little more precise.
The phone works but the battery barely lasts half a day even though it was listed as being in good condition. The return request was accepted, which is the positive point, but I'd have liked more transparency about the real state of the batteries.
Some positives but also some limits. The prices stay reasonable without being unbeatable. Could do better.
